Why Isn't My Signature Displaying Correctly?
If your email signature doesn't look the same after installing it, don't worry. Different email clients can render HTML signatures differently, especially when images, fonts, spacing, banners, or advanced formatting are involved.
Common reasons and solutions
Check that the image was uploaded correctly and appears in the Mail Sign Desk preview. Then copy the signature again and test it in your email client.
2. Social icons aren't appearing
Check that your social-media URLs are correct and active. Make sure you copied the latest version of your signature.
3. Website or CTA link isn't working
Open the link separately and confirm that the URL is correct. Then update the signature and copy it again.
4. Formatting or spacing looks different
Gmail, Outlook, Apple Mail, and other email clients may interpret HTML formatting differently. Keep your design clean and avoid excessive formatting.
5. Signature looks too large
Reduce unnecessary text, oversized images, banners, or other visual elements. A compact signature is generally easier to display consistently.
6. Signature looks different on mobile
Send a test email to a mobile device and check the signature. If necessary, simplify the layout and reduce large images or banners.
Recommended troubleshooting process
Preview → Copy again → Install again → Send a test email → Check desktop + mobile
